BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation - A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost. Please see the refund policy below. We will allow 7 working days from the date of your reservation for payment to reach us, after which we may release your reservation.

Balance Payment - The full balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full in advance.

Change and cancellation charges:
• More than 70 days prior to arrival - deposit only
• 36-69 days prior to arrival - 50%
• 35 days prior to arrival - 100%
